and such. Do not forget to include a banana, lettuce, mango, or any type of
fruits and vegetables, so that you will have a balanced diet.
Preparing your own lunch will
not just ensure that you will be eating a healthy diet, but it will also help
you in saving money. On top of that, you no longer have to wait for your order
to be served since you can eat your lunch whenever you need to. All you have to
do is to go to your office pantry, put your packed lunched in a microwavable container,
and heat it for a few minutes or so. When you do this, there is a big
possibility that your friends would follow your lead.
